What is It?

A one-year program that includes:

👉 An initial two-week sprint: A complete strategy and systems upgrade (or possibly overhaul) with me and my leadership team. We establish your one-page strategic and tactical plan, align your team towards your goals, and implement in your company all the processes and systems to run like a world-class organization.

👉 After the sprint, we spend the remainder of the year with twice-monthly, one-on-one mentorship calls where we offer solutions to roadblocks, review key performance metrics, and ensure you are on track to "kill it."

What does it mean to 11x your profitabiity?

The word 10x is way overused...so we decided to turn up the dial and one-up it. 11x is just a fantastical way of saying we have created a program that helps builders grow their business and their profits exponentially. 🚀

I Lost Millions Early In My Career

Unfortunately, that is true.

I lost hundreds of thousands with poor hiring decisions, missing critical details in project budgets and specifications, and generally operating with suboptimal systems.

I lost millions when you factor in opportunity costs - chasing good opportunities, but not yet having the mental framework to identify the best opportunities.

This business is about X's and O's, the boring stuff. And without impeccable systems, your profits will forever suffer. Profits that should be yours.

This Isn't For Everyone

For starters, we charge $$$. If we were a restaurant, we'd be [insert the restaurant in your city that requires a sport coat]. 🥂

However, the money you spend on this program should come back to you 8-10x over your first year or this program isn’t for you.

Further, we are full-time builders, so we are limited in how many members we can accept each year.

That number is 12. For now, I’m only taking 5 at a time.

We require an interview with everyone prior to acceptance into the program. We want to make sure our members can truly make a big return on their investment.

PHASE I: TWO-WEEK SPRINT

✅ Systems and strategy deep-dive and reboot.

✅ Set up BuilderTrend budget and specs templates, schedules, checklists, and chart of accounts.

✅ Share all our operational templates we use in our business (purchase orders, change orders, payables process, contractor and new hire systems, sales systems, capital raising systems, etc).

✅ Lead two half-days of training on all systems described above.

✅ Bonus for Austin/Texas builders: We provide a vendor list of subcontractors, CPA’s, attorneys, and other professionals that may be of assistance in business operations.

PHASE II: ONGOING ONE-ON-ONE MENTORSHIP

✅ Twice-monthly, 30-minute sessions to help you overcome any current obstacles and stay on track for business targets.

✅ Meetups and special trainings with fellow program members.

$2,000 - Per month for one year program duration

After a call between us, if we don't both feel you can make at least 8-10 times that in the next year, this program isn't the right fit.
