Jared Gossett
Jared is Owner and President of Gossett & Co, an employee-owned luxury home building company in Austin that builds spec and custom homes from $3 to $8 million. He believes in combining innovation with time-tested principles, and works to advance the industry in several areas, especially health and wellness in the homes he builds.
He started building and remodeling homes on his own in 2009, then formed a partnership to start Gossett Jones Homes, focused on spec homes and small multi-unit communities in urban Austin.
Before that, he worked in investment banking and real estate private equity, building a strong base in structuring deals, investments, and raising capital for projects.
