What’s inside the employee handbook template
Most handbook templates are written for generic offices. This one comes from a working custom home builder, so it’s ready for a construction company with people in the field, on job sites, and driving between them.
7 sections, 45+ policies
Introduction. Welcome, how the handbook works, changes in policy, and employment-at-will.

Faster onboarding. New hires get their first fifty questions answered on day one.
